January 13-16
January 13 didnt snow much and my toe hurt so I rested.
January 14 was the deepest day of the year.
It snowed 60cm and was bluebird.
Decided to drive over to Sapporo Teine to hit that resort for the next couple of days.
Didnt get much new snow and my toe still hurts
January 15
Found a cool Super Sento (Public Bathhouse)
For 750yen, it has several onsens, a restaurant, massage facilities, beds, library.
I was going to sleep here but it was too noisy and my sleeping bag and down mat is actually more comfortable so I drove back up to Teine and slept in the carpark.
To my surprise, the drive up to Teine is a local drift togue and I saw a Silvia and Skyline drifting it up. Awesome.
January 16
Got a few freshies this morning, probably 10cm. I cant wait for a decent dump here as there are some steep epic lines to be had.
Drove into the city to check into our hotel where we will stay for the next 2 nights.

Slept in and woke up at 8.
Snowed at least 50cm.
Got up the mountain at 9. It was busy today, waited 5min for the Gondola.
New deepest day of the year.
My big toe on my right foot is bruised so I only rode 3 hours.

Deepest day of the year so far.
Got first lifts and nearly made it to last lifts, rode 6.5 hours solo non stop.
Every line was bottomless untouched.

January 9 - 10
January 9 - Rusutsu
Small amount of new snow, 5-10cm.
Woke up at 4.30am to snowplows
Cooked breakfast on my $7 ebay stove.
Spent the day familiarizing myself with the mountain and getting my legs back.
Rode for 5 hours.
Dumping all night.
January 10 - Rusutsu
22cm of new snow in the carpark
Got first lifts and rode untouched pow for 4 hours. Had to drive to Kutchan to buy a power adapter and groceries. The most insane driving conditions I've ever experienced. Complete Whiteout at times.

January 7 - Slept in Osaka Airport outside the Police station and 24h Lawsons. Police Lady came and checked on me and had no problems
January 8 - Jetstar Osaka to Sapporo.
